Mr. Bhambal Ram Meena (Retd) IAS (Chairman)
Mr. B.R. Meena is a retired Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer who has served as the Special Chief Secretary in the Government of Telangana and as the Principal Secretary of the Revenue Department. Throughout his career, he has held several prominent administrative positions, including District Collector of Karimnagar.He is an ex-officer member of the TTD (Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams) Board.
In addition to his government service, Mr. Meena currently serves as the Chief Administrative Officer at GITAM (Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management). He is also a non-executive director at Times Green Energy (India) Ltd., bringing extensive experience in governance and public administration to the organisation.
Mr. Chandaka Janardhanrao (Director)

Independent Director of Times Green Energy (India) Limited. He brings practical business experience and an independent perspective to the Board. With a background in engineering and operations, he supports effective decision-making and responsible management.
