Mrs. Sripati Susheela
MRS. SRIPATI SUSHEELA Mrs. Sripati Susheela, aged 48 years, is a Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company. She has obtained her Bachelors in Computer Science (BSc) from Wesley Degree College, Secunderabad and has also obtained Diploma in Human Resources. She is a Graphic Designer as a profession, Working as Graphic Executive in OSDATA, Himayatnagar, Hyderabad for 15 years.
Mrs. Priyanka Vangala
Mrs. Priyanka Vangala, aged 34 years, is Non – Executive Independent Director of our company. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce and L.L.B degree from Osmania University since 2005 and 2008 respectively. She is also an Associate member of the Institute of Companies Secretaries of India since 2009. She was previously associated with Axsys Healthtech Limited, Reliance Cellulose Products Limited. Currently she is a Director in Sanguine Consulting Private Limited and is a practicing Company Secretary.
Mr. Raghavendra Kumar Kuduganti C.M.A
Chief Finacial Officer of the Company. K. Raghavendra Kumar is a Cost Accountant with more than three decades of professional experience. He is well conversant with the procedures of Public Issues, Post Public Issues, FCCBs, FDIs and ODIs. During his tenure he has served number of companies as financial consultant for their various issues related to the procedural matters and financial reconstruction activities. He was a team member for preparing Techno Economic Viability Study reports for State Bank of Hyderabad.
